Key Responsibilities\n

• Craft individualized treatment plans through comprehensive assessments and examinations, understanding each client's unique history and needs.

• Provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing scientifically validated interventions to address their challenges.

• Employ various therapeutic methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy based on client requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights, strategies, and best practices to improve client outcomes and ensure cohesive treatment approaches.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of industry developments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work primarily with clients facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, work-life balance issues, and relationship conflicts. Our clientele often consists of individuals facing short-term difficulties, while we also support those experiencing longer-term mental health issues requiring comprehensive therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
