Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Elmira Counseling Services, you will:

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, address challenges, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Document client interactions thoroughly, including progress notes and treatment adjustments.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to accurately determine the needs and suitability of prospective clients.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills and adhere to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
