Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group therapy sessions that allow young adults to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized mental health counseling, helping clients delve into their thoughts and emotions, developing coping strategies, and creating actionable plans for their progress.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to devise individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations.
