Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can share their experiences and support one another under your guidance, fostering community and emotional connection.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored therapy sessions by empathically examining clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping them develop effective coping strategies and achievable action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs, setting actionable and measurable goals to track their progress.

• Progress Evaluation: Employ various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work in conjunction with a team of professionals to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and ensure the highest possible outcomes for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
