Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Aspire Counseling Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging group sessions designed to help clients connect, share experiences, and benefit from peer support while promoting a sense of community and healing.

• Individual Counseling: Provide individualized therapy sessions where you will empathetically guide clients through their thoughts and feelings, helping them to develop effective coping strategies tailored to their needs.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized and goal-oriented treatment plans, identifying specific needs and preferences to steer progress.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize a range of assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate client progress consistently and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals, consistently communicating to ensure continuity of care and the best outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This unique cohort may be experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and transitional life issues. Your role will empower them to navigate these challenges safely and effectively.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in counseling or a related field. A current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is required for this role. The position demands excellent communication skills, empathy, and a deep understanding of therapeutic practices relevant to young adult clients.
