Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that promote connection and understanding among clients, enabling them to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Conduct personalized individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities to explore clients’ thoughts and feelings while assisting them in developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans, aligning their goals with actionable steps to meet their unique mental health needs.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and feedback, ensuring that their evolving needs are met throughout the course of treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
