Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of clients' mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards and safeguarding patient confidentiality.

• Engage in continued professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families from various backgrounds who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your ability to build rapport and trust is essential as you help clients navigate their mental health journeys and work towards achieving their goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of professional experience in a counseling or clinical setting where you have demonstrated competency in individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
