Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused treatment, adjusting approaches based on each client’s specific situation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying current with the latest research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and workload. We also provide unlimited client referrals, ensuring that you can focus on delivering high-quality care without worrying about client acquisition.
