This position is remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a work-life balance. Our outpatient office in Kingsport is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology to support virtual therapy sessions effectively. The working hours are Monday to Friday, and you will not be required to work evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Boulevard Psychiatry & Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging and empathetic group sessions that encourage clients to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another's journeys.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling sessions that help clients identify and explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while working to develop effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients in crafting individualized and goal-directed treatment plans tailored to meet their specific needs and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize a variety of assessment tools to track clients’ progress, evaluate treatment efficacy, and adjust care plans as needed.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, communicating regularly to ensure comprehensive care, coordinate treatment approaches, and discuss complex cases.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Active LPC licensure in the state of Tennessee.

Preferred Experience\n
