Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to understand their needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, periodically reviewing and adapting plans based on progress and feedback.

• Deliver individual counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions that focus on enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and fostering lasting relationships.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records through the electronic health record system, including documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and community resources, to deliver holistic care that meets the broad needs of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) from the relevant State Board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
