Our LMFTs will enjoy the autonomy to build their caseload, typically ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, all while receiving a competitive yearly salary between USD 75,000 and 125,000.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs, utilizing the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) guidelines.

• Deliver short-term psychotherapy utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to individual, couples, family, and group therapy settings.

• Engage in crisis intervention, skills training, and supportive therapy, employing therapeutic techniques to assist patients dealing with stress, addictions, and mental health challenges.

• Provide clinical documentation, including therapy notes, reports, and communication with relevant parties (when permitted by clients) to aid in comprehensive care planning.

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychologists and psychiatric professionals, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans and effective patient outcomes.

• Participate actively in quality assurance activities and case reviews, contributing insights and collaborative strategies to enhance client care.

• Uphold organization standards and comply with all regulatory guidelines at state and federal levels as part of your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients with a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois or Psy.D qualification.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy services is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
