Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to establish the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to promote effective coping strategies.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychologists, clinical social workers, and psychiatrists to deliver coordinated and holistic care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and other essential client information following HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Participate in professional development through clinical supervision, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and stay current on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n
