As a remote therapist with Empowerment Pathways, you will work from the comfort of your home environment while remaining connected to a supportive and collaborative team of mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing diagnostic interviews and psychological assessments to inform treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with clients to identify their treatment goals, setting measurable objectives, and monitoring their progress throughout therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services and connect clients with appropriate resources as necessary, ensuring immediate needs are addressed with compassion and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in accordance with Florida state regulations and ethical standards, using electronic health record systems to streamline documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 4 years of direct experience in providing outpatient mental health therapy, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Empowerment Pathways Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
