Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct and document therapy sessions in accordance with industry standards, ensuring compliance with patient confidentiality policies and maintaining accurate medical records.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing your expertise to assess urgent psychological needs and implement appropriate treatment strategies.

• Participate actively in ongoing training sessions, in-service meetings, and workshops to refine your skills and stay current with therapeutic methodologies and practices.

• Deliver a comprehensive range of therapeutic services that may include family therapy, individual counseling, psychological evaluations, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet client needs.

• Diagnose mental and emotional disorders while formulating and administering evidence-based treatment plans that contribute to positive client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
