Our therapists enjoy the autonomy to manage their caseloads, which can range from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, depending on individual preferences. We conduct all client services through telehealth platforms, enabling you to provide support from the comfort of your chosen environment. Additionally, our team regularly meets for remote group consultations, ensuring a strong support network and collaborative approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

• Engage in psychotherapeutic interventions across various modalities, including case management, evaluation, and treatment planning, delivered to individuals, families, and groups.

• Support clients experiencing mental health and dual disorders through various forms of therapy, including crisis intervention, skills training, stress management, addictions counseling, and couples therapy.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to effectively address the diverse needs of your client population.

• Conduct thorough assessments and determine the urgency of care, coordinating with psychiatrists and psychologists for optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including the preparation of reports, and collaborate with interprofessional teams to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings and quality assurance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and best practice standards.

The work performed by our therapists directly impacts individuals across the lifespan, from children to seniors, presenting various mental health challenges. Our clients may include those grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and complex dual-diagnosis disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or a Psy.D certification to practice in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings and familiarity with integrated healthcare approaches is highly desirable.

• Various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), couples therapy, and trauma-informed care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization values the contributions of our clinicians, offering a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
