Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health through structured interviews and standardized evaluation tools.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans based on a client’s individual needs, progress, and treatment goals, in accordance with evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate a variety of therapy sessions, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and family counseling, using techniques that promote effective communication and conflict resolution.

• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring responsiveness to their evolving mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using electronic health record systems to ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n
