Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' psychosocial evaluations.

• Provide ongoing counseling sessions that incorporate therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' needs, addressing emotional and behavioral issues as they arise.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment effectiveness, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, providing updates on patient treatment and care plans.

• Facilitate crisis interventions where necessary, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress.

• Engage with clients’ family members or support systems to enhance understanding, encourage participation in the treatment process, and aid in discharge planning.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families dealing with a variety of challenges such as relational issues, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package.
