Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, establishing a foundation for effective treatment.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to promote emotional healing and psychological well-being.

• Provide teletherapy for clients who may have difficulty accessing in-person therapy due to location or mobility issues.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans to ensure compliance with ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and keep up with the latest research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Attractive annual salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
