Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough psychological assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health challenges, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborating with team members during weekly staff meetings, clinical supervision, and individual check-ins with your manager to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

• Providing teletherapy services for clients who may not be able to attend in-person sessions, expanding our reach and accessibility.

• Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to keep your clinical skills sharp and to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples, children, adolescents, and families. You will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of those facing various challenges, including relationship difficulties, childhood issues, and mental health concerns. We especially encourage clinicians with experience serving clients from underrepresented communities, including people of color and members of the LGBTQIA community, to apply.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current state-issued LMFT license, validating your qualifications to provide therapy.

• At least two years of full-time counseling experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
