Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients, identifying mental health disorders and personal challenges influencing their well-being.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their specific goals through tailored therapy approaches.

• Provide direct therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Continuously monitor client progress through regular check-ins and assessments, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and connect clients with external resources when necessary, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records that comply with state and federal regulations while adhering to high ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and peer supervision to refine clinical skills and stay current with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinician will serve a diverse client base, ranging from young children and adolescents to adults and families experiencing a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. This role requires the ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client and foster a safe, nonjudgmental space for open dialogue.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Connecticut.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A minimum of four years of focused experience in an outpatient mental health setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
