Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy to clients seeking outpatient care, utilizing therapeutic modalities tailored to meet diverse needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ relational, emotional, and mental health issues, developing personalized and goal-oriented treatment plans.

• Apply family systems theory to effectively navigate complex client relationships, addressing communication issues and family stressors.

• Deliver immediate support during crisis situations, ensuring the safety and psychological well-being of clients and their families.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in adherence with Ethical and HIPAA guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves a diverse array of clients dealing with relational, emotional, and psychological challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
