Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth.

• Provide couples therapy that addresses relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and conflict resolution techniques, helping partners foster empathy and understanding.

• Work collaboratively with families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships, focusing on systemic therapy approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client's specific needs, goals, and therapeutic preferences.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders using standardized tools and clinical judgment, maintaining accurate documentation in client files.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
