Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Miracle Pathways Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and relational needs, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, including family systems theory, to navigate and resolve communication barriers, relationship stressors, and emotional challenges.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being are prioritized.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

• Educate clients on strategies for effective communication and conflict resolution, empowering them to build healthier relationships.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists, clinicians, and ancillary healthcare providers to offer holistic care aimed at fostering overall health and recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
