Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client seeking outpatient care.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' relational and mental health challenges, developing individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving realistic and measurable goals.

• Delivering crisis intervention strategies effectively to ensure the immediate safety and support of clients experiencing acute distress.

• Documenting therapeutic progress and maintaining accurate, confidential client records per legal and ethical standards.

• Educating clients on evidence-based relationship-building skills, effective coping mechanisms, and communication techniques to foster emotional resilience.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapists, medical professionals, and community resources, to provide holistic care that meets the diverse needs of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse client base, including individuals and families dealing with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• A minimum of one year of practical experience providing therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n
