Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients seeking outpatient services, using virtual platforms to enhance accessibility.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts or ability to obtain licensure shortly after hire.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic principles.

• A minimum of three years experience in providing therapy, preferably in outpatient settings.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with clients, while also fostering a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
