Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions by utilizing our secure telehealth platform, ensuring confidentiality and a comfortable environment for clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address specific issues such as relationship dynamics, mental health challenges, and coping strategies.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing guidance and support to assist clients in exploring their feelings, behaviors, and interpersonal dynamics.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients constructively confront their challenges, including life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression.

• Continuously evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and collaborate on care strategies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations while managing client records through our electronic healthcare system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment disorders. Clients may also be dealing with end-of-life issues and require support in managing complex emotions around these transitions. You will play a crucial role in helping clients identify patterns, cope with their struggles, and develop healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active LMFT licensure in the state of Oregon.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working as a Marriage and Family Therapist, with a focus on diverse therapeutic modalities.

• Proficiency in telehealth practices and comfort using various technology platforms for virtual therapy sessions.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment methodologies, and evidence-based principles.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
