Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work environment, with the flexibility to balance between home-based and outpatient office settings. As part of a collaborative treatment team, you will work with mental health professionals across various disciplines to deliver holistic care that addresses the whole person. Although this role is primarily remote, occasional visits to our Edison office may be required for team meetings or clinical supervision.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities designed to promote healing and personal growth.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions based on client assessments.

• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning during critical moments for clients.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at enhancing client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
