Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, adopting a systemic and relational lens to facilitate healing and growth.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans based on individual client assessments and ongoing feedback.

• Maintain clinical documentation accurately and promptly, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular clinical team meetings and peer consultations, participating actively to enhance the collective knowledge of the team.

• Collaborate effectively with external providers, case managers, and community resources to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Uphold ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all practices adhere to Arizona's state regulations regarding mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and transitional life challenges. By focusing on a relational approach, you will help clients develop stronger communication strategies and improve their emotional connections.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• An active LMFT license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain one with a clean record is necessary.

• Strong foundational knowledge of family systems theory and relational therapy techniques.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation models include W2 and 1099 options, allowing flexibility for your financial preferences. Additional benefits include:
