Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule, which typically spans Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. As an outpatient clinic, we engage with clients through various modalities, including telehealth and in-person sessions, catering to their unique needs. Our supportive team atmosphere includes regular case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance collaborative care and ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to accurately identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic approaches to facilitate healing and growth.

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Participate actively in weekly case reviews and interdisciplinary meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and workshops provided by LumaMind Therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a diverse range of demographics and backgrounds, facing various emotional and psychological challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As an LMFT, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored therapeutic interventions that promote healing and foster resilience within these populations.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Nevada, or eligibility for licensure within 90 days.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Proven clinical experience of at least two years in an outpatient mental health setting.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing culturally competent care to a diverse clientele.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with sound clinical judgment and a commitment to ethical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques.

• Background in collaborative treatment settings and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, eligible employees will enjoy a robust benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as support for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and clinical supervision.
