Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions (both remote and telehealth) for individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and life transitions.

• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that include measurable goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy, ensuring best practices are adhered to during sessions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress, complying with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate care and optimize service delivery for clients.

• Engage in team meetings, clinical supervision sessions (as required), and case consultations to enhance therapeutic practices and support career development.

• Actively participate in continuing education pursuits to stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure in California (required).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
