Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy services tailored to meet each client’s specific needs, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Monitor client progress, adapting interventions as necessary and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges such as marital disputes, parenting issues, grief and loss, and mental health disorders. Our clients come from all walks of life and may be experiencing stress due to relationship dynamics or external societal pressures. Your sensitivity and skill in addressing these multifaceted issues will significantly contribute to improved emotional health and familial relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and active LMFT license in California.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
