Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Balanced Well Being LLC, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various issues affecting family dynamics.

• Assessing clients’ needs through comprehensive evaluations, developing tailored therapeutic treatment plans that consider the unique challenges faced by each family member.

• Facilitating open communication and conflict resolution among clients, with a focus on reducing familial tensions and improving relationships.
\n
• Providing support and coping strategies for clients dealing with specific concerns such as grief, job stress, blended family issues, and separation/divorce adjustments.
\n
• Documenting treatment progress, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards to facilitate high-quality care.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to each client's treatment, promoting well-rounded support and healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will encompass a diverse range of clients, including couples, individuals, children, and adolescents. You will address complex issues, including:

• Family conflicts and sibling rivalry

• Communications barriers within familial relationships

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• An active, unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A deep understanding of family systems and dynamics, along with a commitment to facilitating positive changes in clients’ lives.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
