Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Mentalis Health and Wellness, you will work with a varied client population encompassing individuals and families facing an array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Possess an active LMFT license in the state of California; pre-licensed MFTs under supervision may also be considered for this position.

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings, with a focus on couples therapy or family systems preferred.

• Previous experience in providing therapy in a community mental health context is highly desirable.

• Ability to self-motivate, organize, and manage a flexible caseload independently while providing exemplary client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between $80,000.00 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience, complemented by a robust benefits package.
