Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing secure telehealth technology to create a comfortable and professional atmosphere.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' individual situations and challenges, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Employ therapeutic modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of sessions and treatment plans in compliance with state licensure requirements and organizational policies.

• Effectively communicate and coordinate care with other mental health professionals and community resources when necessary to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
