Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with adult clients, targeting a variety of mental health concerns, particularly in relation to chronic pain management.

• Facilitate brief therapeutic interventions for individuals engaged in our Functional Restoration Program (FRP), regularly assessing their clinical progress.
\n
• Develop comprehensive assessment and treatment plans for clients with active caseloads, ensuring each plan is tailored to the individual’s unique circumstances.
\n
• Utilize best practices in pain psychology to inform the delivery of clinical care, integrating various therapeutic modalities as needed.
\n
• Provide valuable referrals to other modalities within the clinic to ensure clients receive holistic care.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards in clinical practice, continually updating knowledge on industry regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including those experiencing chronic pain. Our integrated therapeutic approach allows you to address both psychological and physical aspects of client wellness, providing a comprehensive treatment experience that empowers clients to engage fully in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license in the state of Washington.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.

• Proficient in assessing and treating patients with chronic pain conditions, ideally utilizing a therapeutic lens focused on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-oriented interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches, including the ability to utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques.

• Experience working within integrative therapy settings that combine physical and mental health care, ensuring a well-rounded support system for clients.

• Background in utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as part of treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
