Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat various mental health conditions, ensuring accurate treatment planning tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Lead individual therapy sessions, couples counseling, and family therapy to facilitate open communication, conflict resolution, and emotional healing.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques aimed at addressing issues including grief and loss, family conflict, marital discord, job stress, and adjustment to life changes such as separation and divorce.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and refer clients to additional specialists when needed, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n
