Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Trinity Care Psychotherapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients, focusing on the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms to develop effective treatment strategies.

• Collaborating with clients to craft personalized treatment plans that consider their individual goals, preferences, and experiences.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address issues related to relationships, mood disorders, and coping strategies.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment alternatives, and self-care practices essential for mental wellness.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, ensuring a dynamic response to each individual’s evolving needs.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care, ensuring comprehensive treatment for complex cases.

• Staying current with the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
