Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mending Within, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing collaborative treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and experiences of each client, drawing from therapeutic models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Conducting thorough assessments and maintaining clear, accurate documentation of client sessions and progress in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and refine treatment approaches in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
