Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Conducting individual and family therapy assessments to understand the needs and dynamics of patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT in this role will work with a diverse patient population, focusing on individuals, couples, and families, each facing unique challenges related to mental health and interpersonal relationships. Utilizing evidence-based therapies and a compassionate approach, you will help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts, supporting them on their journey towards healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active California state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, free from suspension or probation.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting, with proven leadership abilities and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

MarinHealth Medical Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Along with a robust salary, we provide:
