Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual and family therapy assessments, maintaining accurate and thorough documentation in our electronic health records system.

• Provide on-going therapy sessions to patients as scheduled, utilizing therapeutic modalities suited to their unique needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing interpersonal skills and emotional resilience.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients, while adhering to professional boundaries to foster a safe and supportive atmosphere.

• Engage with patients from diverse backgrounds, adapting your approach to effectively address cross-cultural issues and mental health diagnoses.

• Regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, discussing patient care and contributing to program development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals, couples, and families seeking assistance with various relational challenges, mental health issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current, active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, free from any suspension or probation.

• At least two years of experience in a leadership role within an outpatient setting, demonstrating the ability to manage patient cases independently.

• Extensive training or certifications in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or similar therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, MarinHealth offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually.
