Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to meet each client's needs.

• Asses clients’ mental health symptoms and provide accurate diagnoses while collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans.

• Support clients in identifying their treatment goals and regularly monitor their progress, adapting strategies as necessary to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, as required, and connect clients with appropriate community resources or referrals.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with both state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
