Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, adapting your approach as necessary based on individual needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower their healing journey.

• Monitor client progress through consistent tracking and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure continual improvement.

• Engage with psychiatrists and other medical specialists to promote integrated care approaches that enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation while upholding the highest legal and ethical standards in the therapeutic process.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities to continually enhance your skills.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs, addressing stigma and ensuring that their experiences are heard and validated.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients who face significant challenges in their personal relationships, particularly those undergoing divorce or relationship transitions. Qualifications\n
