Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a warm, trusting rapport with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.

• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans that consider the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Facilitate individual sessions as well as group therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Regularly meet with clients to provide ongoing counseling, review treatment progress, and modify treatment plans in response to client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to monitor patient progress, adjusting techniques and strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialized services when required.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
