Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and cultivate a trusting and empathetic rapport with patients and their families to provide tailored counseling experiences.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a wide array of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client, regularly revisiting and revising these plans based on patient progress.

• Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, using evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities to foster positive outcomes.

• Utilize standardized tools and methodologies to track patient progress, ensuring continuous evaluation and adaptation of treatment strategies.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to create a multidisciplinary support system for clients, referring them to specialists when necessary.

• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously to comply with regulatory and insurance standards.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
