Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions, providing support and guidance to families and individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of therapy, fostering clients’ personal growth and well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention remotely, assisting families in acute distress by stabilizing situations and resolving conflicts through effective online communication.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy to support clients’ mental health journeys.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to client care, addressing all aspects of their well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including families, couples, and individuals struggling with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC licensure in the state of California is essential for eligibility.

• A minimum of three years of experience as a therapist in a clinical setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 .
