Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and devise tailored treatment plans that meet their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and systemic interventions.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams comprising psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain thorough documentation of clinical progress notes and treatment plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations and internal policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, clinical supervision, and team training sessions, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

• Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in marriage and family therapy to provide the most effective treatment.

Qualifications\n
