Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments and crisis intervention strategies to evaluate emotional and behavioral issues, and create personalized treatment plans that aim for tangible outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with departmental policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to develop effective treatment and discharge plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments.

• Engage with community resource groups to address and fulfill the social needs of our patients, representing Mindful Therapy & Wellness at relevant meetings and forums.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including children, families, and older adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our clients often deal with issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and relationship dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active California license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
