Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, goals, and personal preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, various treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to promote lasting improvement.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in client needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach is taken in client treatment.

Qualifications\n
