Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and goals.

• Deliver therapy sessions via teletherapy, employing various techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and others tailored to client preferences.

• Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and monitor their progress toward achieving those goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at our clinic, you will work with a varied clientele dealing with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to build secure, trustworthy relationships with clients, characterized by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity for empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and struggles.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle a manageable caseload while maintaining administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.

• Knowledge of and experience in treating clients with substance abuse issues.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
