Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms as a basis for treatment.

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary while documenting every session accurately to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster a supportive environment.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care delivery for our clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health to continuously enhance treatment approaches and client outcomes.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development sessions to contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing.
